Wall repair midway
I didn't have the heart to take a picture of the wall in full destruction with the huge holes left behind from the trim removal (don't ask). It was too depressing. This stage--- plaster repair, sanding, and ready for spackling layer... looking good.

This man lift allowed the contractor to inspect and repair the damaged plaster ceiling without erecting costly scaffolding throughout the auditorium. A huge hole was made in the rear wall so it could have access to the lobby too.
